Purchase and Return Policy
All the products sold on the website contain within their price the corresponding VAT (as long as its impact on the operation is mandatory) and customs costs (they vary depending on the country to which the merchandise is sent).
Prices are reflected in the currency of the country from which the website is accessed and the applied exchange rate offered by Litte Lolas S.L. will be accepted by the buyer at the time of ordering. Little Lolas S.L. does not accept any other type of exchange.
A price variation depending on the country to which the merchandise is sent (in general the product is bought from a country and sent to it) depends on the shipping costs and the customs charges of that country to which the good is exported.
If a customer buys a product from a country other than the one to which its shipment is going to be requested, the final price will correspond to that of the country of shipment. The different forms of payment accepted on the Little Lolas website are:

Some of these forms of payment will be available only for certain countries.
The vast majority of the products sold by Little Lolas S.L. are handmade and customized especially for each client, so delivery times can reach up to 20 working days. An attempt will be made to inform in the most up-to-date and accurate way possible in each order to the customer. Little Lolas S.L. reserves the right to modify the shipping conditions for any reason and always with the intention of guaranteeing the best service for its customers.
Little Lolas S.L. reserves the right to limit the number of units of any type of product or to temporarily or permanently cancel the sale of these, for both internal and external reasons.
Little Lolas S.L. may cancel an order and return the amount paid by the user if it considers that it cannot carry out the transaction under the expected conditions.
If you are not satisfied with your delivery, you have a maximum period of 30 days from the delivery date to process your return.
The items must be in perfect condition without any use and with their packaging intact. No modification to the original product will be accepted.
The return of “customized” items will not be accepted as these are produced expressly for a single customer.
If during the use of any product purchased on our website it results in misuse or generates any type of damage to the client or third parties, Little Lolas S.L. is not responsible for them.
The responsibility of knowing the legislation on the product purchased in the client’s country belongs to the latter, Little Lolas S.L. declines any type of responsibility for the ignorance of this. Any return derived from this ignorance will not force the return or refund of the order.
The legal guarantee is 2 years from the moment of delivery. Any claim for a manufacturing defect must be communicated within the month after the goods were delivered.
Once the possible manufacturing defect has been communicated, Little Lolas S.L. will proceed to study and undergo an exhaustive examination of said product to verify or not, said problem. If no manufacturing fault is found, Little Lolas S.L. reserves the right not to proceed with any type of measure. The customer must always keep the purchase receipt (as well as any other proof).
The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and the final amount will be communicated (there are different options depending on the country from which you request it) via email once it notifies its intention to proceed with the return.
The return will have to be packaged safely as it will not be our responsibility if the shipment is returned with any damage.

Once the return is received and the inspection carried out, the refund of the money will be effective (provided that said inspection approves it) in 10 days following the payment method that the client chose and will be notified via email.
